Build and scale our core LIMS platform using React, TypeScript, and Laravel. You will design new features, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers. Experience with laboratory or scientific software is a plus.
Own the product roadmap for our compliance and quality management modules. Work closely with customers, laboratory scientists, and engineering to define and deliver features that meet regulatory requirements and solve real workflow challenges.
Serve as the technical bridge between prospects and our platform. Conduct product demos, respond to RFPs, support proof-of-concept implementations, and partner with account executives to close enterprise deals in the pharmaceutical and clinical lab space.
Be the trusted advisor for our laboratory customers. Drive onboarding, adoption, and retention by understanding each lab's unique workflows, providing training, and ensuring they maximize the value of LabZila across their organization.
Ensure the quality and reliability of our LIMS platform through automated and manual testing. Build test frameworks, develop CI/CD test suites, and validate compliance features against 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 17025 requirements.
